A Story While U Wait
So I will respond to your survey, but first I wanted to tell you about the cool new thing at McDonald’s:
The snack-size fruit and walnut salad!
It has just enough fruit to satisfy, but not so much that you feel all bloated liked you want to hurl. (Sometimes I used to feel that way after consuming the regular f&w salad, but it seemed worth it.)
The discovery of the snack-size f&ws was the high point of my drive thru experience. here was the low point:
drive thru guy: anything else?
me: a large lemonade, please.
dtg: sweet or unsweet?
me: lemonade.
dtg: sweet or unsweet?
me: LEMONADE.
dtg: yes. sweet or…unsweet?
pete: just say sweet. just say sweet.
me: sweet.
