Let me explain while I haven’t posted in a while.
1. I couldn’t think of what to write.
2. I forgot my password and login info….again.
3. My Davidson Wildcats were still dancing.
I must apologize for my lack of PCY posting in recent months. First, I was thrown off by the writer’s strike. Then, I got distracted trying to move into an apt. And, well, of course there was the NCAA tournament. While I realize there are still games to be played, I am completely still hung up on my Wildcats and their amazing run. Congrats Cats - you made us all very proud. If I knew how to post a video on this website then I would (Melissa?).
So now I’m back. And, I have had several Pop Culture Yay-like thoughts the past couple days and have decided to make mini-posts as a way to ease myself back in.
Melissa also suggested we resurrect PCY with a “The Hills” debate. Basically, I support its existence. Her, not so much. I am still game if she is, but I am glad to see that she has actually resurrected PCY with a Bill Cosby YouTube video. Awesome.
I should also tell you that I am watching The Biggest Loser right now and Mark has already cried 2 times. I don’t have a problem with men crying. But, I’m starting to have a little bit of a problem with Mark crying whenever anything happens. The best was when his wife just said on the phone, “Are you crying again?”

Are we really debating The Hills? What is there to debate? Melissa, seriously? You’re giving up on The Hills? The new fake Laguna Beach? That I could see. But, how could you let LC go after all that we’ve been through with her. Plus, I think Heidi might finally realize that Spencer is a loser…and not at all cute. Or is that just me? I’ve never been one for blonde guys or facial hair and especially not blonde child molester/werewolf facial hair.
Thank you Amanda! I must admit the past two episodes have bad, painfully scripted at times, but still…it’s THE HILLS! I’m invested in it.
In fact, I don’t know why I enjoy it so much. I can complain like crazy:
“That was so planned!”
“Who cares about Heidi and Spencer?!”
“Spencer is a dumbass!!”
But, when it comes right down to it, Monday night I am watching all the drama.
