A little NPH to brighten your day
Lindsay, since you missed “Dr. Horrible,” I have two Neil Patrick Harris clips for you. The first is from his recent appearance on Sesame Street. You may recall that back in February, NPH was on Conan and discussed his Sesame Street experience:
NPH: I got to play a character…I was the Shoe Fairy.
Conan: The Shoe Fairy?
NPH: Yeah. This is what they wrote for me. I had to say lines like, ‘I am the greatest fairy in all the land!’…So what do you say? Do they appreciate the double entendre of that? You know, it’s for little kids, this show…so they changed it. I’m the Fairy Shoeperson now…a little more politically correct.
