Before we can fully delve into the excitement of a new pop culture year, I feel it is only appropriate that we recap some of the very important pop culture milestones and happenings of 2008. Now, some are serious, some are in jest, all have shaped the entertainment world and pop culture atmosphere over the past 12 months.
In now way is this a ranking of an all-inclusive list. I am not knowledgable enough to create such a list. So, please do not be offended if the marriage of Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey is listed before the death of Paul Newman. In no way are they comparable. And, since I don’t see MC and NC’s union as an important happening, it won’t even make the list. See, no problem. Ok, here we go:
